What you'll do
As an Order Support Specialist, you will receive escalations from customer-facing colleagues and work under strict regulations. You will commit time to handle complex issues relating to the fulfillment of online orders placed by customers who expect the very best consumer electronics devices.
Ensuring a swift resolution for problems occurring during the lifetime of a web purchase is the focal goal of this role. From order induction to item delivery, and from handling flavor changes to RMA completion, the Retail BackOffice Team owns this process.
Liaise with partners and provide direction for issue resolution to take the customer out of the loop for complex issues, achieving quick customer satisfaction.
Perform tasks in SAP at a high detail level for record-keeping. SAP actions require utmost attention to detail and accurate adherence to KBase protocol.
What you'll need
Native Turkish speaker.
Fluency in English (minimum B2).
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure.
Very good accuracy and attention to detail, understanding that small details can make the biggest difference.
Proven ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision.
Proactively utilize strong problem-solving skills to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Experience working in a back-office environment with customer satisfaction in mind.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Interest in self and team KPIs – focusing on what can be done instead of what cannot be.
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage; otherwise, we can help with that.
Flexibility is required as this job is directly related to order volume and will occasionally involve overtime work.
