Your mission will be… Review, validate, and process customers sales orders, ensuring their completeness, accuracy and compliance with current business rules and policies;Conduct technical and/or administrative tasks, mainly pre-defined support activities for service operations and delivery (Processes incoming orders, inquiries and/or requests regarding products and/or services);Perform order management for assigned customers within system ERP;Clarify order discrepancies with business units and customers;Resolve and investigate customer and business unit inquiries, supporting customers remotely and onsite, and providing 1st level user support in case of arising commercial and/or technical problems;Act as interface driving complex issues and questions between customer and Siemens business units/ warehouse/ factories / Service Technicians / Engineers / Sales Representatives;Ensure high level quality in all communication on behalf of Siemens with end customers to guarantee their satisfaction.We are looking for someone with… Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance or a similar field;Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel);Fluency in English and Italian (able to communicate freely with customers and sales managers);SAP knowledge (Module MM/FI and SD, others will be a plus);Service attitude and customer orientation;Excellent communication skills (both oral and written);Excellent organizational and planning skills;Strong work ethic - we are always acting in the name of Siemens;Strong problem-solving skills and quick thinking, essential for effectively resolving daily management challenges;You are a team player who thrives in collaborative environments;Flexibility and availability to travel, if needed.What you can expect from us… A hybrid and flexible working model to promote a better work-life balance, along with a budget for home office support and the opportunity to do 16 hours a year of volunteer work.
