Your new role:As part of a dynamic and growing team, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact as a Customer Service Order Management in this Shared Service Centre.Main tasks:Receive and distribute incoming customer orders; Communicate order entry and fulfillment issues with Sales and Customer Experience members; Ensure record accuracy by maintaining data integrity during the order entry process; Handle order management from entry to delivery and resolve complex customer billing issues; Collaborate and coordinate cross-functionally with Customer Care, Pricing Team and Accounts Receivable to ensure correct information; Identify continuous improvement opportunities; Provide support to otherCare team members as needed; Follow up on internal holds pertaining to credits processed on behalf of customers; Intimately understand proper case handling process and can identify different business unit responsibilities.What you need to be successful:Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role; Language Skills: German Native & English Fluent; Experience working with ERP systems: Oracle, Agile and Salesforce preferred; Previous Shared Servicesprofessional environment is a nice to have.What the company can offer you:Hybrid working model; Annual Bonus;Meal Allowance; Health Insurance;The amazing opportunity to be part of the first team in Portugal.Next step:In case you are interested in this opportunity, click on "Apply Now" to send us your updated CV.#J-18808-Ljbffr
