Job Summary
Keyrus is looking for a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Administrator to manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure. As a Cloud Infrastructure Administrator, you will be responsible for provisioning, managing, and maintaining the cloud resources required for our data enablement initiatives. Your expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure will be crucial in ensuring the optimal performance, security, and cost-effectiveness of our cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance and support on Oracle Cloud services relevant to data platform operations
Provision, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure resources (compute, storage, network) to support data integration and metadata management processes
Implement robust security measures to protect cloud-based data and infrastructure
Monitor cloud resource utilization and performance, optimizing resource allocation to maximize cost-efficiency
Create and manage isolated cloud environments (DSX) for development and testing purposes
Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues, escalating to Oracle Cloud support when necessary
Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud features and best practices
Requirements for the role
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services and architecture
+6 years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms , preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Experience in provisioning and managing cloud resources, including computing, storage, and networking components
Proficiency in scripting languages ( Python ) for automation
Deep understanding of data integration technologies (OCI Data Integration, DataFlow, Managed File Transfers, Kafka, Pyspark)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of security best practices for cloud environments
Fluent in English
Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience with data integration and data engineering technologies
Understanding of data governance and metadata management concepts
Certifications in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
Cross-cultural environment experience
