THE ROLE The Operations Transformation Associate is core to driving strategic change and innovation across Carwow's Sell My Car operations. You will diagnose opportunities through rigorous analysis and execute step-change initiatives from inception to completion. The role is part of a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to developing strategies and executing large, step change initiatives that align to Carwow's long-term goals.
