The person needs to be dynamic, enjoy doing different tasks, and be eager to expand as a professional. We expect this role to evolve fast, taking more responsibility and independent work.Responsibilities Supporting MAIT Team in all manufacturing, assembly, integration, and testing. Working together with Installation Teams on-site for assembly and integration on wind turbines in international wind energy parks ensuring quality control. Providing administrative support by managing and maintaining warehouse supplies and facilities. Assisting with continuous process improvement by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions. Developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures. Conducting laboratory tests and inspections to identify and resolve defects in products or services. Collaborating with product development and engineering teams to improve product quality. Communicating clearly with internal and external players to understand needs and ensure product and service requirements are met. Documenting test results and creating reports to provide feedback to management. Qualifications Professional studies such as electrical, electronics, or mechanics or previous proven work experience in related fields, such as manufacturing. Proactive and responsible. Take ownership of deliverables. Quality and continuous improvement mindset. Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. High proficiency level in English and in Portuguese. Valid EU work permit.
