Your role will involve leading the development and implementation of strategies that contribute to the design of a high-performance global operating model.Reporting directly to the Operations Executive, this role will require close collaboration with various central and regional teams, ensuring that strategies are tailored to local contexts and effectively implemented across the organization.WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?Recruit, train and manage a high-performing strategy team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Lead the design, development, and implementation of global strategies to shape our global operating model, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals, such as models for capacity planning and dimensioning, to ensure resources are efficiently allocated across the organization.Design operational processes, policies, and procedures to be executed at regional and local levels that ensure achievement of operational targets across all regions, such as our turnaround cycle and the daily organization of activities.Manage the design, coordination, and implementation of projects that are critical to achieving the company's operational targets, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.Drive operational excellence by developing an organizational structure and governance that fosters a data-based mindset and acts over key operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with Regional Teams: Work closely with regional directors and teams to adapt central strategies to local contexts, ensuring effective implementation and operational success.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Holds a degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in a strategic role within operations or a strategic consulting firm, with a focus on global or multi-regional contexts or strategic consulting focused on developing projects related to improvement of operations.Experience in sectors such as logistics or rent-a-car is a plus.Deep understanding of operational standards and process optimization.Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to develop and implement strategies that drive operational performance on a large scale.Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong track record of working with diverse teams across various regions, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Project Management: Demonstrated success in leading and managing complex projects that require coordination across multiple teams and regions.Analytical and Results-Driven: Highly organized, analytical, and focused on delivering measurable results that align with the company's operational objectives.Proven track record in leading, managing, and developing high-performing teams.Fluency in English is required.Are you ready to Go Indie?
