.The Operations Project Manager manages and optimizes the operational processes of the Strategy and Operations team. This role will focus on implementing and coordinating various critical projects of the team, including AI implementation, return projects, termination processes, and strategical processes. The Operations Project Manager will ensure that these projects are executed efficiently, align with the company's strategic goals, and enhance overall operational effectiveness. What you'll be doing: Project Coordination and Execution : Develop project plans and timelines for each assigned project; coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met; provide regular updatesto senior management. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency; regularly audit processes and assess its compliance and effectiveness; use data-driven insights to push on continuous improvement initiatives. AI-based initiatives: Oversee the implementation of AI-driven initiatives across relevant team projects; collaborate with AI andengineering teams to ensure successful integration and deployment; monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems, making adjustments as necessary. Product Enablement and Delivery: Identify needs for product requests to tackle operational challenges and lead them in cooperation with the product team; design strategic processes to enhance operational efficiency and guarantee alignment with stakeholders; Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with the project stakeholders; facilitate meetings andupdates of the projects; resolve issues or conflicts promptly. What you need to have: 3 years of experience in project management tasks in your daily work, particularly in managing operational processes. Strong understanding of AI technologies and their implementation in business operations. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Ability to think strategically and critically to drive process improvements. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
