We seek empowered top performers who share our mission and values, and who are ready to think disruptively and join our exciting journey.Responsibilities:Support local operations teams in Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Poland.Build and optimize processes or tools to help the CommOps team increase network uptime and provide world-class maintenance.Create new processes to accelerate various operations in the European markets.Manage several stakeholders simultaneously.Support teams with strategic and operational data.Identify new strategic avenues for process optimization.Prepare & monitor data reports and analytics for informed decision-making.Manage the team responsible for monitoring and backlog management of Powerdot's network.The Candidate we are looking for:2-3 years' experience in a technical support position and/or as manager of a Customer Success or technical support team.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of succinctly explaining progress and obstacles.Analytical mind and comfort with figures.Excellent organizational skills with a sense of priorities.Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the autonomy to make quick decisions.Rigorous and agile, able to analyze performance and draw appropriate conclusions.Appetite for sustainable mobility and desire to succeed in a fast-growing market.
