What are you working on? The name of the project(s): Star Merge At what stage of the project(s)? Soft-launch Genres: Adventure, Puzzle, Casual Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android For which tasks (responsibilities)? Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth execution of all business processes.
Develop and implement operational policies and strategic plans.
Take part in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial objectives of the company.
Collaborate with department heads to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Analyze operational processes and propose improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
What kind of professional are we looking for?3+ years of experience in an operations management role or similar capacity.
Proven track record of effectively managing teams and large-scale projects.
Understanding the business needs of a growing small-size company.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Experience in the gaming industry.
