\n What you'll doYou will monitor and improve our wholesale operations & service performance for assigned European MarketsYou will assist in the onboarding of our retailers and setting all requirements in the systemsYou will steer and run all operational tasks related to our retailer accounts, including assisting in setting up promotionsYou will ensure all stakeholders are aligned to achieve goals in terms of OTIF and customer satisfactionYou will be the POC for internal teams on operations-related questionsYou strive for process improvements, documenting and enhancing existing processesWork with accounts to develop operational strategic plans that align with their business objectives and drive growth opportunitiesCooperate frequently with key stakeholders such as Sales, Logistics (both B2B and D2C Warehouses), and Production Who we're looking forIdeally, you have experience as an Order Manager in a B2B environment related to operations account management, e-commerce, or a start-up environmentYou are a highly structured person capable of multitasking and working under pressureYou do not shy away from problems but rather act hands-on and find solutionsYou are proactive and challenge the status quoYou enjoy managing multiple stakeholders and excel in communicationYou strive to improve the performance of your responsible Markets on an operational level and facilitate their day-to-day operationsYou enjoy working with stakeholders and building strong relationshipsYou have great MS Excel skills.
