Role Overview:

As an Operations Manager, you will ensure the timely delivery of products and efficient warehouse operations, leveraging your expertise to harmonize and optimize processes.
In this role, you will lead the management of reception, triage, production, expedition, and inventory teams. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations. This position also involves collaboration across different sites to coordinate strategies and oversee process stability.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage warehouse projects, taking decisions to maximize efficiency.
Lead and motivate the production, warehouse, and inventory teams to achieve performance goals and objectives.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Harmonize and standardize warehouse processes across multiple sites, collaborating with key users and process owners.
Guide and support IT or other solution providers.
Mandatory Requirements:
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
Proven experience in logistics management, preferably within a complex supply chain environment.
Strong understanding of logistics processes, including distribution and warehouse management.
Experience in process management, with a focus on lean production.
5+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, or engineering.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel).
Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
