Fundamentals Of The PositionDraw up the CAPEX Budget according to the strategic plan laid down by the Business Group.Support the Operations and Supply Chain colleagues in achieving the investment plans established.Provide the plant management teams with clear status on the different projects: budget, planning (cash flow management), invoices, engagement, over-under spend with, when necessary, corrective actions and preventive action plans in collaboration with budget owners to keep the financials under control, in accordance with group standards.Calculate and communicate any Trade Goods ICPs changes in Europe and AMEAP.Keep a close control on Purchase Price Variance (PPV) in collaboration with Operations Controllers and Procurement team.Make and communicate the monthly reporting according to the Business Group's format for CAPEX, Production volumes, OPEX, Variances for Operations and Supply Chain activities in Europe, acting as super user for Oracle reporting in collaboration with FP&A controller.Transfer the Business Group's administration policy and procedures to the local company and control their fulfillment.Guarantee conformity with legal, tax and internal requisites of the Group regarding the company's economic and financial information.Guarantee the truthfulness, reliability and compliance with delivery terms of the internal and external economic information.Contribute to the standardization of controlling procedures in Europe and implement required amendments.Maintain PowerDMS database for Operations Controlling Europe.Act as local SAP Key user for controlling module.Required Qualifications And Education RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or related field required.Master's degree preferred.At least 3 years relevant experience in controlling or in financial audit.Excellent analysis skills.Pro-active.Advanced computer skills on MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Experience using SAP & Oracle is an advantage.Excellent communications skills, oral and written.Ability to travel, i.e., driving, flying, international and overnight travel as required.Ability to direct and supervise.Our Package IncludesCompetitive salary.22 days of annual leave + a day off to celebrate your birthday.Health insurance for you and one member of the family.Life insurance.Meal Allowance: 9,60€.Transportation allowance: 5,00€.You'll Also Enjoy Benefits Such AsHybrid working, with the option to split your time between the office and home.Employee Assistance Program for you and your family.Volunteering program to give back to your community.Internal recognition platform.Access to LinkedIn Learning courses.Monthly wellness initiatives.An Equal Opportunity Employer.
