If so, you might be the perfect candidate for a new role as Operations Associate to join our short rental business in the Lisbon area and surrounding region.
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of our properties, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with our hosts, guests, cleaners, and maintenance staff to provide a smooth and seamless experience.
Requisitos:
At least 5 years of experience in the hospitality business, preferably in short rental.
Higher educational degree (B.A or equivalent degree).
Outgoing character, enthusiastic and driven.
Internationally oriented with ability to understand and work with different cultures.
Team player, trustworthy and dependable.
Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
Strong communications and customer-oriented skills.
Excellent command of English and Portuguese language (both oral and written).
Good command of Spanish and French would be a strong plus.
Strong computer skills (including MS Office) and good knowledge of channel management software.
