Your mission will be…
Assist in the development and implementation of our Integrated Management System (Quality & Business Continuity) and Continuous Improvement initiatives;
Support the analysis of current processes and identify areas for improvement;
Collaborate with various departments and countries to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures;
Participate in the preparation and execution of internal audits / assessments;
Contribute to the development of training plans and training materials for the organization;
Assist in the collection and analysis of data to monitor performance and identify trends;
We are looking for someone with…
Recent university graduate in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management);
Fluent in English (written & spoken);
Proactive, curious and eager to learn;
Reliable, organized, with good analytical and problem-solving skills;
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Digital mindset: interest and experience in IT solutions/applications;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
Basic knowledge of quality management principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
