If you meet the below requirements, do not hesitate to send your CV for consideration.Duties and Responsibilities:Deliver world-class operations and unmatched capability across restaurants and franchise locations.Lead progress in People Development, Guest Experience, Operational Excellence, Sales & Profit Growth, Innovation, and Continuous Improvement.Ensure all restaurants adhere to brand standards and foster a unified approach across the system.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive the operational agenda forward.Strengthen field operations culture and enhance operational capabilities.Provide expert operational guidance across the system.Participate in key events like conferences, stewardship meetings, field visits, and business reviews.Drive cost efficiencies at restaurant and above-restaurant levels to improve the business model.Undertake additional duties as required by leadership.Establish and execute priorities to exceed sales, profit, and guest experience targets while ensuring standards and programs are effectively implemented.Respond swiftly to market conditions to seize opportunities and minimize deviations from plans.Guide operations to ensure consistent and efficient performance.Develop strategies and make decisions to achieve sales, profit, and compliance goals.Approve salary adjustments and expenditures within policy guidelines.RequirementsBachelor's degree with a major in business, marketing, or finance discipline.MBA highly regarded.Minimum 10 years experience in a senior Operations/Sales Commercial position with direct accountability for sales, profit, and people management essential.Experience with retail, service, and/or multi-outlet industry highly regarded.Must be able to demonstrate people development skills in achieving results.#J-18808-Ljbffr
