Role and Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer support for the Spanish market.Handle customer service tasks, manage claims, and perform cross-selling.Communicate effectively via voice and email, ensuring top-tier service delivery.Requirements: Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service and sales (preferred).Strong ability to manage communication through voice and email efficiently.Proficiency in Spanish (essential) and a near-native or native level with B2 English.Ability to work with new software programs and adapt to technology.A valid residence card for Portugal OR a EU member state passport (a MUST).Working Hours: Shifts are rotational, from Monday to Friday, between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM.Training: Intensive 12-day training to equip you with all the knowledge needed for success.Training is conducted in English, with daily working hours of 8 hours.Completion of training is required with at least 85% accuracy on the final test.Trial Period: 1-month trial period after the contract signing.
