In this role, you will work closely with the Country Heads of Portugal, supporting their respective CHC (Consumer Healthcare) teams in the execution of annual sales plans. Your contributions will be vital in the efficient management and coordination of administrative, logistic, and operational tasks within the department.
Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative culture, ensuring alignment, and promoting effective communication across the team.

Tracking & sending: POS Materials, Samples, commercial materials
Preparation and coordination of on-boardings & trainings (sales & local team)
Incidence/Complaint management: sales rep, devices, customer orders
Operations - support day-to-day operational efficiency and alignment with organizational goals
Coupa LEO/ eBuy/EasyInvoice: PO (Purchase Order) creation/Invoice management/Monthly PO (Purchase Order) receiving

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Communication, or similar field
