Job Description We are seeking a Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team and help drive our Managed Services division. Within this role your responsibilities and tasks will include: · Operational Excellence and Process Improvement: · Lead and manage continuous improvement projects to enhance service delivery efficiency and quality.· Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate waste, reduce process variation, and improve overall process performance.· Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices across the Managed Services department.· Data Analysis and Reporting: · Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using PowerBI to provide insights into operational performance.· Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.· Present findings and recommendations to senior management to drive informed decision-making. · CRM and Systems Management: · Oversee the implementation and optimization of CRM tools such as Zoho CRM or Salesforce.· Ensure accurate and efficient data management within CRM systems.· Train and support team members in the effective use of CRM tools to enhance customer relationship management and service delivery.· Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication: · Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and customer support, to align operational processes with business goals.· Communicate process changes and improvements clearly and effectively to all stakeholders.· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the Managed Services department.· Project Management: · Lead and manage operational projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of project objectives.· Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.A Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational excellence, process management, or a related role within a Managed Services environment.Proven expertise in PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.Strong knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho CRM or Salesforce.Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is highly preferred.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Experience in change management and the ability to drive cultural change towards continuous improvement.Fluent in English Benefits 30 day vacation Private health Opportunities for global mobility Growth Join a market-leading firm in one of the fastest-growing industries to pioneer the next generation of automated technologies Tailored development plan with career coaching Regular feedback – we value your opinion, and we appreciate new ideas International career and project opportunities Deepen your working knowledge of intelligent automation through our structured training courses Team Immerse yourself in an exciting, positive, and creative atmosphere and generate novel solutions to some of our clients most complex challenges Working in different international and cross-cultural teams for each project Regular Team Events where colleagues become friends. Requirements University degree (B.S.or M.S) or equivalent in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or related field of study At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in consulting or with leading industrial groups in the field of operations optimization, process analysis, process modeling or process automation Experience in one of the following functional areas is advantageous: Finance, Purchasing, Marketing/Customer Relationship Management, Application Maintenance and Support, Supply Chain Management, HR Very good MS Office knowledge Enthusiasm for topics such as automation, digitization or artificial intelligence Good understanding of business processes and company procedures Analytical and conceptual thinking as well as entrepreneurial thinking Positive charisma and very good communication skills for cultivating successful customer relationships Team player Willingness to travel Fluent in French and English (other languages are welcome: German, Spanish, Italian, etc.)Showing passion for what you do Based in Ile-de-France
