Accountabilities:
As a GBS Operational Excellence Leader, you will be responsible for implementing the Operational Excellence programme in Global Business Services (GBS) locations in Europe (Lisbon, Warsaw & UK). Your role will involve leading improvement projects, delivering Operational Excellence trainings, mentoring Lean Six Sigma Green Belt projects, and supporting global processes' standardization in the region. You will also be involved in continuous improvement and development of Global Business Services Operational Excellence programme and associated tools.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Master's degree (Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Finance)
- Demonstrated experience in leading business process standardization & improvement projects
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Working knowledge of the Lean Tools (VSM, Kaizen, etc.), DMAIC
- Demonstrated experience in Operational Excellence trainings delivery and mentoring of improvement projects
- Ability to handle multiple projects and initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills
- Effective internal consulting skills with all levels of management
- Proficiency Microsoft Excel, Visio, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- 10 years' experience in Lean/Six Sigma projects and programs in international environment
- Project Management Certification (PRINCE2, PMI)
- Working knowledge of Agile and/or Theory of Constraints
- Knowledge of MS Power Apps, Mini-tab
