Improving user experience by mapping value streams and customer journeys. Incorporating automation into business processes. Business process mining. As an Operational Excellence Analyst - Trainee, you will: Maintain Register; Document the artifacts related to improvement initiatives; Work with 1st and 2nd level support teams to identify potential improvement ideas; Prepare and conduct training sessions to establish new tools and procedures, presenting them to a wide range of stakeholders within the company; Engage in creative thinking and present ideas for business improvement.
