Responsibilities:
Customer service at national and international level;
Management of several processes simultaneously;
Monitoring of different processes, ensuring procedural compliance and ensuring that all requirements are met;
Document analysis and validation and/or framework in accordance with contract guarantees.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum qualifications at the 12th year level/Technical Course (eliminatory factor);
Good knowledge of English (eliminatory factor);
Previous experience in customer support in a contact center context (preferred factor);
Good communication, organization and interpersonal skills;
