What skills & experience are we looking for?
Proficient in the basic configuration of OpenText xECM components, including Templates, Roles, Permissions, and Workflows, ensuring seamless integration with SAP SuccessFactors along with OTDS, IAS, SAML.
Expertise in designing and developing OpenText Templates, Classifications, and Categories to create solutions that meet specific business needs and opportunities.
Skilled in setting up the technical configuration of OpenText xECM, including Perspectives, Landing Pages, and mapping SAP SuccessFactors fields to HR templates.
Experienced in creating EWS/CWS, job scheduling, and performing updates and synchronization of users, groups, permissions, and CWS within OpenText xECM.
Skilled in Transport Package, Warehouse and Workbench.
Capable of designing and configuring advanced workflows and ensuring synchronization with DocuSign for streamlined document management and approval processes.
Adept at updating and syncing users, groups, and permissions, ensuring that the OpenText xECM environment aligns with business requirements and security protocols.
