Offer Description ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics and Management announces an international recruitment contest for the position of an Assistant Professor in Human Resources Management and Organisational Behaviour.
The successful candidate will sign a permanent public service employment contract in the category of the contest, with a probationary period of five years. The contest is specifically designed to recruit graduates with a PhD who have high research potential and wish to start a university teaching career.

Work location: ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics and Management, Rua do Quelhas No. 6, 1200-781 Lisboa, Portugal.
Admission Requirements III.1 Candidates must have a PhD.
III.2 Candidates must have the ability to teach in English. If not proficient in Portuguese, they must commit to studying the language.
III.3 Candidates will be excluded if they fail to submit the necessary documents by the deadline.
IV.1 Cumulative requirements for admission based on merit:
Hold a PhD in Management or a similar subject area.
Possess a scientific and teaching curriculum compatible with the position.
For those whose PhD was obtained more than five years ago, include at least two relevant papers published in indexed journals.
Assessment Criteria The contest evaluates candidates based on:
Pedagogical aptitude (37%)
Scientific performance (45%)
Public outreach and university management (3%)
Scientific-Pedagogical Project (15%)
