.Job Summary: An Onshore Nurse provides direct patient care and supports various medical and healthcare needs in a clinical or healthcare setting. They are responsible for assessing patient health, administering treatments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care. Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Conduct thorough patient assessments, including taking medical histories and performing physical examinations. Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians or advanced practitioners. Monitor and record vital signs, patient progress, and responses to treatments. Medical Procedures: Assist with or perform medical procedures and interventions as needed, such as wound care, IV insertion, and catheterization. Prepare patients for examinations, surgeries, or other medical procedures. Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members. Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care practices. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and incident reports. Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and treatment.
