We're on the lookout for a Online Program Manager who's ready to bring some serious energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to the table.
Role Overview :
The Remote Program Manager will oversee all aspects of Code for All's online business operations, focusing on enhancing the student experience and ensuring smooth operational processes. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage various stakeholders, streamline processes, and continuously improve the learning journey for our remote students in the different products we offer.
Key Responsibilities :
Program Management : Oversee the end-to-end operations of online programs, ensuring high standards of delivery and support for students.
Student Experience : Develop and implement strategies to enhance the student journey from enrollment through program completion, focusing on engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Operational Oversight : Manage all operational aspects of online courses, including scheduling, platform management, content delivery to teachers, and student support systems.
Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with instructors, support teams, and other departments to ensure alignment and coordination across all online offerings.
Data-Driven Decision Making : Use analytics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous development of online programs.
Project Coordination : Lead projects related to new course launches, online events, and student community-building activities.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in online program management or a similar role, preferably in the education or tech sector.
We don't need any certifications but you really need to be tech & data savvy.
Strong understanding of student engagement and digital learning environments.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in and with a remote setting.
Experience with learning management systems (e.g., Canvas, Google Classroom) and other educational tech tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Reports directly to Director of Operations.
