Responsibilities: Proactively manage leads by contacting existing B2B customers daily and identifying sales opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the marketing industry.
Act as a consultant for clients' online advertising strategies.
Understand clients' business goals and align them with tailored advertising solutions.
Provide campaign support and advertiser training.
Drive revenue growth through upselling and optimizing campaign performance.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
Requirements: Native-level Italian and fluent English (training is conducted in English).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
Passion for digital marketing and online advertising.
EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Portugal (a MUST).
Working Conditions: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.
Portuguese public holidays apply.
Vacation entitlement up to 22 days per calendar year.
Holiday and Christmas bonuses paid monthly.
Training: 4 weeks of classroom training + 1 week practical training.
Comprehensive product and customer management training.
Training compensation provided.
Career Progression: Initial 60-day temporary contract.
12-month renewable contract.
