Intensive training for all new employees is the foundation of a successful career.
Procedure: The training period is four weeks of classroom training plus one additional week of training with sample leads and will be done in English.
During the training, you will receive an insight into your future work field which will include: Integration into the Teleperformance Portugal team; Training for new computer software programs; Comprehensive product training about products and services of the client; Customer management training for telephone, e-mail and/our chat contact; On-the-job training and independent, implementation of training content.
Compensation: On the first day of training, you will sign the training agreement, which includes information about the salary, schedule, and duration of the training.
The successful completion of your training will result in the work contract signature.
The signing of the contract will either take place on the last day of training or on the following workday.
The training period will be proportionally compensated by Teleperformance Portugal for those who complete it.
Since you will not yet have signed an employment contract during the training, there will not be any Social Security taxes charged for the training period compensation.
Please be aware that in case of a premature termination of the training on your part, no compensation will be paid.
Any additional expenses related to the training will not be refunded.
The Role: As an Online Marketing Sales Specialist, you will assist clients in expanding and cultivating an extensive customer base within a dynamic and innovative environment.
You will contribute to the team dedicated to enhancing global information accessibility and utility.
Proficient in advertising content, you will provide optimal guidance to ensure accuracy and quality.
Joining a team off high-caliber sales professionals, your focus will be on maintaining and boosting sales while actively discovering new opportunities for selling.
The activities: Part of your daily activities will be: - Conducting lead management by contacting existing customers in the B2B market on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities; - Establish a trust relation with key decision makers in the marketing industry and serve as a consultant for their online advertising strategy; - Understand the business goals of your clients to match the required online advertisement solutions; - Provide strategic campaign support and advertiser training to educate your clients; - Grow revenue by up-selling to existing clients.

Requirments: - Customer service or online marketing experience needed - C1 / C2 Levels of Portugal and Italian - B2 Level of English Working hours: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a fixed shift pattern, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 Rotating shifts: You will be assigned for a daily working time of 8 hours with an additional hour lunch break on a rotational shift pattern.
Holidays: Since you sign a Portuguese employment contract, Portuguese public holidays apply.
If you are working on a Portuguese public holiday, you will get a compensation day that you can spend later under consent of the project.
In the 1st year of hiring and depending on the month in which you sign the contract, you are entitled to the proportional vacation, which can go up to a maximum of 20 days (1st year).
In the remaining cases, if there is nothing to the contrary (long-term leaves that last from 1 year to the other) 22 days apply, per calendar year worked /completed (next year).
Holiday and Christmas bonuses: In Portugal, you obtain Holiday and Christmas bonuses.
The amount of each bonus payment is equal to your base salary.
The allowances will be split and paid as a monthly percentage on top of your base salary.
Trial Period: You will be on a trial period for 1 month after the contract signature.
If you are absent, late or below the minimum performances required during this period, it might have an impact on the final decision of employment.
