To support the Training lead in the global design, build of training materials to tracked and assessed delivery of training to all end users.
Assist in building the training network, working closely with both of the OneERP Business and IT leads and the Change Management team, business and HR.Ferring+You The primary purpose of the role is to support the OneERP Global Training Lead in the execution/delivery of the training activities required for the successful global roll out of Ferring's new ERP.
The majority of business functions and end to end processes will be impacted by the OneERP global implementation.
The training & development plan will ensure that relevant functions/roles and locations can effectively own and work with OneERP processes, policies and activities to deliver business outcomes effectively and efficiently.The role is responsible for supporting delivery of the training & development plan to meet the current and future operational requirements, as well as the development of future capabilities, to meet Ferring's strategic and operational objectives.Your day at FerringWorking with the Global Training Lead, Global Process Owners and the Organizational Change Management Lead to ensure that new/amended Processes are reflected in ways of working via the delivery of effective training to trainers and end usersEffective administration of Training systems and tracking of content build (readiness) to support the effective delivery of training.
Ferring has invested in SAP Enable Now among other tools such as Cornerstone.Organizing and tracking the training to trainers and end users & follow up as neededBehind our innovation…There's you* Relevant education in Business/HR or related subject or equivalent professional qualification or Training background* Experience in an adult learning environment is preferred* 3-5 years' experience as a Training/Learning professional preferably in a global ERP environment* Experience as part of training programs which leverage an LMS and the use of training material authoring tools* Solid Office Suite skills with special focus on Excel* Strong interpersonal skills including experience in planning, executing and evaluation of training and trainers.
