For which tasks (responsibilities)? Oversees and produces, from concept to completion, a broad array of promotional and communication materials for the organization
Ensures that all materials present a clear, unified, and positive image for the organization and brand
Responsible for managing and enhancing the company's image and reputation in the market through executing an array of marketing communication strategies that promote the company's business and reputation within the gaming industry, as well as key target markets
Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
Develop, deliver, and execute PR plans, campaigns, and seasonal PR calendars
Produce content for press kits, press releases, award entries, and pitches
Identify and share competitor insights and manage external PR agencies
Manage media inquiries and interview requests
Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results
What kind of professional are we looking for?5+ years experience & 3+ years leadership proven experience in PR/Communications, ideally including experience within the video games or entertainment sectors and at least basic knowledge in web3
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills and an eye for detail
A problem-solving mindset with excellent written and verbal skills
Solid track record of developing and executing PR plans and communication strategies
Demonstrate analytical and strategic thought in planning, as well as the ability to execute creative tactics
Crisis-management experience being able to anticipate upcoming situations, escalate a solution-driven plan, communicate to stakeholders, and execute on time relevant to the crisis
Preferred experience in building and managing player communities
Native or close to native level of English
