Om Testing Lead

We are looking for a OM Testing Lead with the following requirements:
• English is the program language (oral & written), Spanish is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools and best practices.
• Experience with various testing types (functional, non-functional, regression, performance, etc.).
• Proficiency in using testing tools (e.g., JIRA) and test automation frameworks;
• Proven experience in leading and managing testing teams;
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution and monitoring;
• Ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement;
• Excellent analytical skills to identify issues and determine their root causes;
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve testing-related challenges;
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results;
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels;
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities;

• Duration: Contract for 12 Months (possibility of extension);
• Localization: Hybrid, Lisbon;
