THE ROLE We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as an Office Support Engineer. As a Technical Support Engineer you will own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own, investigate, and solve customer technical issues, collaborating within and across teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices; Participate in communities with peer delivery roles and, where appropriate, share your knowledge; Develop specific technical and professional proficiency to enable you to resolve customer issues, through training and readiness; Identify potential product defects and escalate appropriately to resolve, contributing to product improvements. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required/Minimum Qualifications Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3+ years of experience in technical support or related field Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong knowledge of Office 365 technology.
