We are looking for  Office Manager   to join our company in one of our projects, in  Lisbon .
Tasks: Overseeing office operations and administrative staff; Send out and receive Job Descriptions; Screen offers and CVs; Send and Manage Kattis assessments; Book interviews; Vendor relationships and office contracts; Manage Office and Employee Equipment.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field; Minimum of 3 years of experience as a office manager; Excellent problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities; Fluent in both spoken and written English.
Work Arrangement: Presencial Offer: Health Insurance; 3 and a half days of leave per year + 22 vacation days; Unlimited access to Udemy.
