About the role
The Coordinator position will ensure that the entire operation, from prospecting to selling properties, is efficient and optimized to maximize turnover.
Your main responsibilities will be to manage enquiries and leads, real estate portals and social media, administrate the CRM on a daily basis, assisting the commercial operations and the office organization and planning.
You will also be involved in commercial activities linked to attracting leads and supporting the head of the business unit on various issues.
The success of this role is to be sensitive with information and diligently provide administrative and commercial support to the real estate team.

Terms : Permanent Full time position
Salary/ Rate : Depends on years of experience
Requirement : Weekend work is rare but can occasionally be necessary

Responsibilities
Listing Management:
Assisting in the management of prospecting and cooperation protocols
Entering and managing property information in the CRM (Casafari)
Inserting properties into the real estate CRM platform, writing texts about the properties and translating them into English
Preparing the property sales dossier
Executing the property's marketing plan with a view to generating leads (photo-reports, website, export to platforms, etc.)
Assisting and monitoring negotiations, proposals in progress and closing deals
Lead Management:
Coordinating and handling all leads
Coordinating international referrals
Managing and optimizing the various lead generation channels (website, national and international real estate portals, etc.)
Assisting in the company's marketing management for lead generation and in boosting marketing channels
Preparing and maintaining several maps (Excel) necessary for the management and control of activity
Office Setup:
Ensuring that the offices have the necessary conditions to operate
Supporting the Agenda and meetings of the Team
Candidate Ability and Work Experience
Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
Fluent in Portuguese and English; other languages are a plus
Masters Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator) is a plus
1 year minimum experience as administrative assistant
Experience in Real Estate CRM, Ego, Casafair or other
