A Shared Service Center expanding in Porto. Your new role
Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Verify with customers if issued invoices were received and are approved for payment and contact customers in case of overdue invoices;
- Strengthen and grow relationships with partners and stakeholders;
-Customers accounts reconciliation - unapplied cash;
-Reconciliation of credit card payment, visas, mastercard;
-Ensure support that all team objectives are met (overdue levels and/or cash targets); What you'll need to succeed
- 2 to 5 years' experience in equivalent roles;
- Fluent in French anda Fluent in English; 
- Excellent analytical skills, aptitude for process improvement, attention to detail, pro-active and team spirit.
