Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with nursing staff to provide high-quality, holistic care.
Maintain residents' hygiene and personal care needs with dignity and respect.
Assist residents with nutrition and hydration, ensuring their dietary needs are met.
Support residents in mobility using appropriate aids.
Escort and transfer residents as directed by nursing staff.
Provide compassionate end-of-life care.
Engage residents in enriching activities that enhance their quality of life.
Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing staff and management.
Requirements What We're Looking For: EU Passport Holders Only can Apply.
Minimum of 6 months' experience in healthcare or a related field.
Practical experience in a caring role is preferred.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Professional, caring, and empathetic demeanor.
Comfort in sometimes challenging environments.
Proficient command of the English language.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
