Your Mission?
Assist customers with technical troubleshooting.
Provide digital support for a range of products and services.
? Diagnose issues and find solutions – like a tech wizard!
Work closely with the team to keep improving the customer experience.
Who are we looking for? Native/fluent in swedish (mandatory) + Fluent English (mandatory)
A good and detailed knowledge of IT Fundamentals, Operating Systems, Desktop Applications, Networking, Network protocols...
Able to control interactions with customers using persuasion and influencing skills.

What you will receive? Competitive Salary & Benefits Base Salary: €1,185/month (x14 months)
? Meal Allowance: €6.83/day (x11 months)
