Job Overview:
The role is essential for:

Training Delivery : Conducting training sessions for new hires (both pre-process and process training) to ensure they are ready for their roles.

Monitoring and Improvement : Running post-knowledge tests (PKTs) and gathering evidence to assess and improve knowledge retention.
Supporting Operational Excellence : Contributing to the organization's goals by ensuring the workforce is skilled and informed, thus maintaining high service standards.

Experience Required:
To qualify, candidates must have:

Language Proficiency : Advanced Norwegian (C1 level) and strong English (B2 or better) for both verbal and written communication.
Relevant Work Experience : At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer, preferably within customer service environments in fintech or banking .
Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with experience working collaboratively in teams.
Customer Service Knowledge : Background in managing customer service programs (retail experience is a plus).
Presentation Skills : Proven ability to deliver effective presentations and trainings.
Organizational and Planning Skills : Ability to organize and manage training schedules effectively.
Group Dynamics Awareness : Understanding diversity within teams and how to manage group dynamics.
Tech-Savviness : Competence in MS Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Analytical and Results-Oriented Approach : Ability to analyze performance data and strive for measurable results.
