If you are a Norwegian speaker, look no further! On behalf of an international client, we are looking for a Norwegian speaking Customer Service Supervisor to join their new team. The client has offices in Daventry and Dunton, and it is required that you can commute to either of these offices. You can work from home 4 days per week and some weeks fully remote depending on which days and hours you work. In this Supervisor role, you will be responsible for the overall supervision of the Norwegian speaking Customer Service team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring, guiding, coaching, developing, and motivating your team
Assisting with employee onboarding
Liaising with internal stakeholders to stay up to date with the latest trends in the industry
Setting clear KPIs and objectives and ensuring they are achieved
Providing training to employees for continuous development
About you:
The ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and excellent Norwegian language skills. For this role, it is important that you have previous experience supervising and motivating a team. You will be required to work from either the Daventry or Dunton office, a maximum of 1 day per week. Profile:
Norwegian to mother tongue standard and fluent English, both written and spoken
Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager in a customer service environment is essential
Ability to supervise and motivate a team
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong team player with the ability to provide good direction
Able to commute to Daventry or Dunton 1 day per week
