Responsibilities Assist customers through inbound calls enthusiastically and professionally. Support customers by providing information about products and trying to close the sale over the phone. Support customers on resolution of delivery topics (e.G., where are the deliveries at; deliveries that went wrong, is there any stock available, etc).
