Salary: €1300 gross per month + up to 10% performance bonus + €100 per month UP Hellas + private medical insurance
Our client, a prominent financial institution, is seeking Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on behalf of a leading bank, offering a competitive salary, bonuses, and the chance to work remotely or in-office in Athens.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients of the bank.
Assist with inquiries related to banking services, accounts, transactions, and product offerings.
Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
Adhere to company guidelines, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Requirements:

Language Proficiency :

Norwegian : C1 level minimum
English : B1 level minimum

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Work Conditions:

Hours : Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Norwegian time
Location :

Work from the office in Athens (relocation assistance available).
Remote work option anywhere within Greece.

Benefits:

Salary : €1300 gross per month.
