We are looking for reinforcements in the form of Norwegian -speaking employees for our remote team all over Portugal.We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers! As a Customer Support you will: Support of all customers' requests in Norwegian assist our customers with any issue during and after their order Assist customers through inbound call s enthusiastically and professionally. Support customers by providing information about products and trying to close the sell over the phone. Support customers on resolution of delivery topics (e.G., where are the deliveries at; deliveries that went wrong, is there any stock available, etc). Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance): 1750€ gross x 12months (or 1500€ gross x 14months) –basic salary, up to 100€ gross monthly performance bonus, meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day (approx 145€ NET/month in a voucher card) transport allowance: 20€ / month What do we offer?
