Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian.Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting, and general support.Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues while maintaining high service standards.Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our systems.Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.Participate in initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality. Requirements: Native Norwegian speaker with excellent communication skills.B2 level proficiency in English.Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
