Location: all over Greece
Working Model: hybrid, remote, and on-site opportunities!
What you will do: create an exceptional customer experience for international customers.
More specifically:

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Communicate through multiple channels of support (email, phone, chat).
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Work in close collaboration with the team and achieve targets!

Who are we looking for:

Native or near-native speaker in Norwegian.
Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS Office tools.
Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking, and communicative.
Proficient English Skills (Oral & Written).
