Your Role:
Managing incoming calls
Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Building relations of trust through open and interactive communication
Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools
Keeping records of customer interaction, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Who we are looking for:
EU holder
Native or near-native Norwegian language (C1-C2)
Very good command of English language (B2)
Good MS Office skills
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task , prioritize, and manage time effectively
