Norwegian Content Moderator In Lisbon

Key Responsibilities: Review and assess user-generated content in Norwegian to ensure adherence to community guidelines.Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content to the relevant teams.Provide feedback and insights on trends in user-generated content to enhance moderation processes.Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent moderation practices and standards.Keep accurate records of moderation activities and decisions in our systems.Assist in developing best practices and guidelines for effective content moderation. Requirements: Native Norwegian speaker with excellent communication skills.B2 level proficiency in English.Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.Strong attention to detail and the ability to make informed judgments.Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with online communities and social media platforms.
