We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Manager to join our dynamic team in Lisbon!
Key Responsibilities: Service Management Reviews: Collaborate with key stakeholders to align client services and performance with business goals, managing regular contract reviews and updates.
Relationship Management: Maintain overall customer health, ensuring visibility and compliance, and address red flag issues proactively.
Operational Excellence: Oversee service level assessments, reporting, and analysis.
Drive service improvements and process enhancements, working closely with Operations and Service Delivery.
Performance Metrics: Review KPIs, provide action plans, and deliver accurate, timely reports to senior management for forecasting and analysis.
Special Projects: Contribute to special projects and day-to-day improvements with a cooperative spirit.
Requirements: Education: Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent in a related field.
Certifications: ITIL V3/v4, CISCO CSM.
Experience: Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Microsoft Teams.
Knowledge of business planning, resource management, and financial budgeting is a plus.
