Special Projects: Contribute to special projects and day-to-day improvements with a cooperative spirit. Requirements: Education: Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent in a related field. Certifications: ITIL V3/v4, CISCO CSM. Experience: Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Microsoft Teams.
