Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries and concerns.Assist customers with product-related questions to ensure a smooth and positive experience.Accurately record and manage customer interactions in our system.Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and address issues promptly.Keep up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide informed assistance.Participate in training sessions and team meetings as needed. Requirements: Native proficiency in Irish English.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.Familiarity with computer systems and software.
