Night Auditor - Lisboa

At the moment, we are looking for a Night Auditor (m/f) for our Boutique Hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Night Auditor – Lisbon · Greet guests warmly and provide a personalized and welcoming experience; · Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy in reservation details, payment processing, and room allocation. · Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally; · Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; · Provide information on hotel amenities, local attractions and services, offering recommendations and arranging bookings when necessary; · Balancing the accounts from day shift; · Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments; · Develop and maintain the quality of customer service being delivered · Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requirements efficiently. Ideal profile: · Degree in Hospitality / Tourism or other relevant field (preferably, not a requirement) · Proven experience as a recepcionist; · Experience as night auditor (preferable) · Mandatory: English & Portuguese (fluent in written & spoken) · Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail. · Familiarity with hotel management softwares and reservation systems. · Ability to work under high-pressure situations. · Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
